Compliance

A Compliance Officer acts, amongst other things, as the first point of contact for our employees in the shape of a compliance helpdesk. The Code of Conduct of RWA AG was revised and translated into seven languages in 2022 and applies to the entire group. The Compliance Training Programme pays special attention to competition law and the fight against corruption.

The group also has guidelines regarding anti-monopoly legislation. These cover the prohibition of anti-competitive agreements and establish concrete “Dos and Don’ts” for the employees of the RWA Group.
