- Support of franchisees in the areas of purchasing, trans-regional marketing and organisational processes
- Support of the HEVI and IMPOS own brands
- Point of contact for suppliers of Lagerhaus-Technik
- Central store with over 58,000 spare parts and around 1,200 tyres and rims
- Optimised logistics with express overnight delivery
- On-call service outside regular opening hours from 6:00 to 22:00, 365 days a year
- Customer advice - in the local languages in the CEE Region
- B2B ordering platform (shop.rwa.at) with access to almost three million articles

- National dealer for John Deere in Austria
- General importer for brands such as Gehl, Manitou, Rauch and premium transport machinery from the professional brands Garant-Kotte, HAWE, Jeantil, Krampe and Tebbe
- Distribution of Austrian and international quality brands in eight agricultural machinery competence centres
- Professional, trans-regional marketing of used machinery
- Support, training and instruction of the employees of the specialist Lagerhaus workshops
- Expert customer support via the dedicated LTC competence centres
- Sale, consulting, training, design, detailing and construction monitoring of irrigation solutions o Irrigation systems for gardens, corporate premises, parks, sports grounds, golf courses, timber stores and commercial horticulture
- Agricultural irrigation: drip irrigation, sprinklers and small-scale overhead irrigation
- Pond technology: pumps, filters, lighting and waterproofing technology
- Fountain technology from corporate premises to large public facilities

Our innovations & new concepts
in the context of our participation in LTC
- Rentflex: Rental service for modern John Deere tractors (www.rentflex.at) as a means of covering seasonal peak workload at calculable cost
- RTK radio network: The base units and repeaters mounted on Lagerhaus silos and wind turbines cover a growing area of around a million hectares and offer farmers affordable access to automatic control systems with a repeatable precision of +/- 2cm. This precision signifies reduced consumption of diesel, crop protection products and fertilisers.
- Modern internet exchanges for Lagerhaus used machinery in a responsive design which is optimised for every machine.
- 3D-design and visualisation of fountains and irrigation plant
- Targeted feeding of nutrients and fertilisers into drip irrigation systems
- Control technology 2.0 (control of equipment via apps on PC and smartphone, remote access)
