The application process
After an initial screening of the applications a personal interview will take place with an employee from the Human Resources Department.
This first interview will be followed by a second interview with a representative of the specialist department. During the course of this second round interview we will ask you to carry out some practical exercises related to the position. These should help you to gain a better idea of the challenges of the job while allowing us to gain a first impression of your way of working. For some positions a hearing will also be planned – you will be informed about this in good time in order to be able to prepare yourself appropriately.
After the final confirmation we will consult with you to agree the details of your contract as well as your starting date and any process of introduction.
Depending upon the position advertised, the actual recruitment process can vary from the above description in terms of both scope and procedure.
