I come from a start-up background but have always wanted to work in a larger team. I’m currently doing my Master’s in Human Resources, Organisation and Strategy. I have been working at RWA since September 2023 and am responsible for the recruitment agenda. I’m a ski instructor and enjoy being outdoors, especially in the mountains. Ski you later 😉
I have felt valued and accepted since my first day here at the company. Even though we operate in a corporate environment, you can help shape and change a lot. There is an open culture of criticism and we have a modern working environment. For me, RWA is characterised by the fact that, despite its diversity and size, there is a familiar atmosphere.
I work as a recruiter at RWA. It is very important to me to facilitate smooth application processes – both for our managers and our applicants. How do we achieve this? Primarily through open communication and processes that are as transparent as possible.
RWA is very diverse. As a result, there are also very different requirements in terms of personality and qualifications. However, what is important to me for applicants is authenticity. Be yourself, show your personality and be proud of who you are! Be prepared, inform yourself, because that’s how you show us your interest. Ask questions, an interview with us is not a one-way street. Only by asking questions can you get to know us and the position better.
When submitting applications, we ask that you send them to us online via our career portal. The reason for this is that data protection is very important to us. Apart from that, I am very happy to answer any questions by e-mail or telephone or I am also happy to network via LinkedIn.
