c) the production of goods and the provision of services of all kinds, including the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and vehicles, as well as services in the field of automated data processing and information technology, the leasing of machinery and equipment of all kinds, and the construction and operation of facilities and installations of all kinds;
d) the company is entitled to engage in all business activities and measures that appear conducive to achieving the corporate purpose, in particular the acquisition and sale of real estate and investments, as well as the establishment of branch offices in Austria and abroad; banking and insurance transactions are excluded.
