Home, Farm and Garden – that's what Lagerhaus is known for in Austria. RWA acts as the franchisor for the cooperatives and, based on a modern omnichannel strategy, manages procurement, marketing, private label management, sales and logistics.
The Home & Garden area encompasses the trade of traditional DIY industry assortments, covering the areas of home improvement, household, gardening and construction.
Lagerhaus Franchise, a subsidiary of RWA, manages approximately 500 Lagerhaus locations for Home & Garden across Austria. It provides a wide assortment of around 190,000 products, from which the Lagerhaus cooperatives can select. The product range is continuously being expanded, incorporating new trends and adapting to customer needs. Additionally, 20% of the products at Lagerhaus are exclusive private labels developed in-house.
Lagerhaus Franchise, a subsidiary of RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria, is one of the largest franchisors in Austria and is responsible for the Lagerhaus umbrella brand.

The Traun logistics hub (KLT) is the central logistics hub for RWA’s Home & Garden sector. From here, approximately 900 locations in Austria, Italy, and Germany are supplied weekly.

In this virtual branch, tens of thousands of products are available, allowing customers to browse, shop and have their orders delivered either directly to their homes or to a nearby Lagerhaus location. This is regionality brought to life in the digital space.
