The history of RWA begins with agriculture. Farming is our original core business. Together with the Lagerhaus cooperatives, we reliably and competently supply agricultural enterprises in Austria with everything they need for primary agricultural production.
Our offering includes a wide range of products and services for both conventional and organic farming. This includes the provision of seeds and essential agricultural inputs such as fertilisers and crop protection. After the harvest, we take care of the proper storage and (international) marketing, including logistics, of agricultural products. In sum, we ensure the basic supply of food for the population.
Additionally, we are active in specialised areas such as the timber trade, viticulture and fruit growing. We also focus on innovation to support the future of agriculture.
