The Traun logistics hub (KLT) is the central logistics hub for RWA’s Home & Garden sector. From here, approximately 900 locations in Austria, Italy and Germany are supplied weekly.
Logistics Hub in Traun
On a total area of approximately 70,000 m², the KLT logistics hub in Traun stores and handles over 30,000 items from the categories home & garden, building materials and energy, as well as agricultural supplies and products for the Lagerhaus online shop.
In the fully automated small parts warehouse, the 14-metre-high shelves are serviced by an automated robotic system. Additionally, many background processes run digitally and automatically, from order processing to loading and invoicing.
Each year, more than five million picks are assembled and shipped. This translates to the transport of approximately 140,000 pallet spaces by truck and 9,000 packages via parcel service providers.
