Our Recruitment Process
We offer a variety of jobs. Apply in just a few simple steps.

1. Job search
We have more opportunities than you might think. Explore all available positions in our online career portal or subscribe to our job newsletter to stay updated.
2. Job application
Apply for open jobs or send us an unsolicited application via our online career portal. All we need is a few personal details and your CV.
3. Feedback
You’ll first receive an e-mail confirmation. Our reply will follow in 1-2 weeks. If we receive a lot of applications, it may take a little longer to get back to you. If you have any questions, our recruiting team is there for you.
4. Get to know us
If your profile meets our requirements, we will arrange a short, half-hour online interview. If this is successful for both parties, we look forward to meeting you in person.
5. Job offer
If you’re the right person for our job, you’ll receive a job offer. If you accept this, we’ll immediately send you a written confirmation followed by an employment contract.
6. Job start
On your first day at work, you’ll be welcomed by our HR team. You’ll receive all the important information and then be taken to your new workplace. For all new starters, there is a welcome event twice a year where you can get to know RWA as a whole.

How can I apply?
Please apply exclusively via our online career portal. This offers you the opportunity to apply directly for a position or to send us an unsolicited application. To make the application process as quick and uncomplicated as possible, we initially only need your personal details, your salary expectations and your CV. You are also welcome to enclose a supporting letter. We ask for your understanding that we do not consider postal applications.
Can I apply for two positions at the same time?
You are welcome to apply for several positions at the same time. We will check your suitability for each position separately.
What do I do if I have problems with the online application?
Please ensure that the individual documents do not exceed a file size of 2 MB and are in a valid file format (doc, docx, pdf, jpg, jpeg, gif, tiff, png). Up to three documents can be uploaded. If you have any further problems, please contact our recruiting team.
I have applied online, have you received my application?
If we have successfully received your application, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. If you do not see this, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact our recruiting team.
How does the application process work?
Our recruiting team checks all applications that arrive in our career portal. We invite applicants who best match the profile we are looking for to a short, digital interview. If the first meeting is positive from both sides, a second, personal interview will take place.
How long will it take to hear back from you?
We endeavour to give you feedback as quickly as possible. Our recruiting team usually gets back to you within one to two weeks. We ask for your understanding that in some cases it may take a little longer due to a large number of applications. If you have any questions, please contact our recruiting team.
How do I prepare for my interview?
Our interviews focus on your personality, your professional expertise and your motivation. At the same time, we give you an insight into our company. We value open discussions and an authentic manner. Take a close look at the job profile in advance and use the interview to ask us questions.
What do I need to consider during the initial digital meeting?
Our initial digital meetings take place via Microsoft Teams. You will receive an email in advance with the agreed appointment and a link. You can join the meeting via your web browser. Please ensure you have the appropriate equipment (PC, laptop or mobile phone with webcam and a good microphone/speaker or headset) and a stable internet connection. We recommend that you test the equipment in advance by dialling into the digital meeting room at any time.
What do I do if I have technical problems during the online meeting?
If you have technical difficulties, it is often helpful to log in again or change your web browser. Also check your internet connection. Make sure that the camera and microphone are activated or check the corresponding settings. Alternatively, you can switch devices and log in via your mobile phone, for example. If you have any problems, you can contact us at any time and we will help you to find a solution.
Will I be reimbursed for the costs of on-site interviews?
Please note that we do not cover any costs incurred as part of the application process (e.g. time, preparation, travel costs) – thank you for your understanding.
When is the earliest start date?
New RWA employees can start either at the beginning or in the middle of the month.
