Our training program includes specialist training and personal development courses, which are supplemented by external training opportunities. We also offer our teams online training courses on trends and future topics, enabling us to develop as a learning organization.

Culinary refreshment

We offer an in-house cafeteria with a lunch allowance.

At the Aschach site, employees can enjoy refreshments in the canteen. They also receive a daily lunch allowance of EUR 4.40 per day. Several freshly prepared dishes are available in the canteen, from soups to main courses and desserts.

Additionally, an apple basket is provided for employees.
